Manufacturing
From design to delivery
Ten steps, one standard: packaging that matches your approved sample. Here is exactly how your order moves through our production process.
The 10-step process
Design
Start with your artwork, or just an idea. We prepare dielines, recommend structures and refine your layout for print — so what you approve is what gets produced.
Material Selection
We match paper, board and corrugated to your product's weight, fragility and positioning. Kraft, white cardboard, recycled and food-grade options are available, and we explain how each choice affects cost and finish.
Prepress
Artwork is checked for resolution, bleed, color mode and die alignment before anything is printed. Plates and films are prepared in-house so color accuracy is controlled from the start.
Printing
Offset printing for large runs; digital and UV printing for short runs and vivid detail. Color is managed against your approved proof, not left to chance.
Die Cutting
Custom dies are cut to your exact structure. Every fold, lock and window is tested on a blank sample before print sheets go through the press.
Finishing
Laminate, foil stamp, emboss, deboss or add spot UV — finishing is where packaging turns premium. We recommend finishes that suit your budget and production volume.
Assembly
Boxes are folded, glued and assembled — by machine where it makes sense, by hand where precision demands it. Magnetic closures, drawers and inserts all get a fit check.
QC
Every production run is inspected for dimensions, print consistency, color, finishing and structure. Nothing ships until it matches your approved sample.
Packing
Finished packaging is packed flat or assembled depending on the structure, then loaded into export cartons built for long-distance freight. We pack to protect, not just to fill.
Shipping
Sea, air or express courier — we recommend the option that fits your timeline and budget. Export documentation is handled for you, and your goods move door to door.
