FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions brands ask us most — ordering, sampling, production, shipping, artwork, and materials. Anything else, just ask.
Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our typical MOQ is 500 units for mailer boxes, shipping boxes, and inserts, and 1,000 units for folding cartons, paper bags, and rigid boxes. Smaller quantities may be possible with digital printing — send us your spec and we'll confirm the workable minimum.
Can I order packaging in custom sizes?
Yes. Every box we produce is made to your dimensions — there are no fixed size templates you have to fit into. Share your product measurements and we'll recommend a structure and create the dieline.
What payment terms do you accept?
We typically work with 30–50% deposit by bank transfer (T/T) to start production, with the balance paid before shipment. Payment terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice before you commit to anything.
Sampling
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes — and we recommend it. We provide blank samples to check size, material, and construction, followed by printed proofs showing your actual artwork. You approve the proof in writing before production begins.
How long does sampling take?
Blank samples are typically ready in 3–5 days. Printed proofs showing your artwork usually take 7–10 days. Timelines are confirmed when you request the sample.
Do you charge for samples?
Blank samples are typically free — you cover the freight. Printed proofs carry a sample fee reflecting the setup involved, which we credit toward your first bulk order.
Production & Lead Time
How long does production take?
Mass production typically takes 12–18 days after your artwork is approved, depending on the structure and order size. Adding sea freight, most orders arrive 4–6 weeks after confirmation.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Our team provides structural design — dielines, box engineering, and material recommendations — and can adapt your branding to print-ready artwork. Share your logo and ideas and we'll take it from there.
How do you handle quality control?
Every production run goes through in-line checks during printing and assembly, plus a pre-shipment inspection against your approved sample covering print quality, dimensions, construction, and count. Photo documentation is provided before goods leave the factory, and third-party inspection can be arranged on request.
Shipping & Import
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship custom packaging worldwide by sea, air, and express courier, with EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms available. DDP — delivered to your door with duties handled — is the simplest option for first-time importers.
Which countries do you serve?
We serve brands across North America, the UK, the EU, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, among others. If you're unsure about shipping to your location, ask us — we'll confirm the best route and timeline.
What are the shipping times and costs?
Sea freight typically takes 25–35 days door to door and is the most economical option for bulk orders. Air freight takes under a week at a higher cost. Exact freight quotes depend on volume, destination, and current rates — request a quote for current pricing.
Artwork & Design
What artwork files do you need?
Print-ready files in AI or PDF format, CMYK color mode, 300 dpi, with fonts outlined. We'll provide the dieline template for your box size — just place your artwork on it. If your files aren't quite there yet, our design team can help prepare them.
Can you print my logo on the packaging?
Yes. Logos can be printed in full color (CMYK) or spot colors, and finished with options like foil stamping, embossing, or spot UV. We'll advise on the method that suits your design and budget.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. OEM — we manufacture to your exact design and specifications. ODM — we develop packaging around your product and brand direction, from structure and materials to artwork adaptation. Both are available across our product range.
Materials, Printing & Quality
Where is your packaging manufactured?
Our packaging is manufactured in China through partner factories in the Pearl River Delta region, with dedicated quality control on every production run. This gives our customers factory-direct pricing with consistent export quality.
What materials and printing options do you offer?
Materials include kraft paper, corrugated cardboard, white cardboard (CCNB/SBS), recycled board, and food-grade paper. Printing options include offset, digital, and flexo, with finishing such as matte or gloss lamination, foil stamping, embossing, and spot UV.
Is your packaging recyclable? Do you offer food-safe options?
Our paper-based packaging is recyclable in standard paper recycling streams, and recycled-content and FSC-certified boards are available. For food products, we offer food-grade paper and boards that comply with food-contact requirements — mention food use when requesting a quote so we specify the right material.
